2024-25 Wrestling Ice Cream Social 

The Takedown Club is hosting their annual Ice Cream Social for anyone interested in wrestling this year. The social is a meeting to kickoff the start of our wrestling seasons and our program's main fundraiser, the Softener Salt Drive.  The meeting is Tuesday, November 12th in the Willmar Middle School cafeteria. Ice Cream will be served at 6:00pm and the coaches and booster club will present the season information. 

• The booster club and coaching staff will be presenting important information regarding the season. 

• Wrestlers and parents from all levels (HS, MS, Youth) of the program are expected to attend.

• This meeting is the kickoff for our annual Salt Drive fundraiser.  As a program it is important to have attendance from all levels at the meeting. Please make sure to have at least one representative from each family at the meeting.

• The meeting will last approximately an hour.

Wrestling shoe donations 

We are having a Shoe Drive to collect old wrestling shoes that are in good enough shape for someone else to use. The goal is to help out our new wrestlers who are trying out the sport, and our returning wrestlers whose feet have grown. If you can contribute please bring your donation to the Ice Cream Social. We appreciate your consideration!
