Cross Country

BEFORE THE SEASON STARTS

The most important things you need are an updated before  sports physical (within the last 3 years) and to register for the season.

1. Register:  https://whs.willmar.k12.mn.us/athletics/athletic-information/registration-information
   • Fill out the registration form (click link on the above page, or go directly: https://willmar-ar.rschooltoday.com)
   • Read through all the content on this registration page, especially the Fall Registration Letter
2. Make sure you have an updated physical!
   • Physical form is at the bottom of the registration page linked above
   • You cannot practice without your physical.
3. Cross Country Parent Meting at Robin's Island on Wednesday August 21 at 6pm.
   • Meet the coaches, other parents, and the team!
   • Uniform will be handed out
