Our program supports a philosophy that encourages all the coaches of all our Cardinal activities to be involved in the program. We believe that a united effort is more effective and supports our belief in multi-sport participation from our athletes.
Weight Room Hours
Our program encompasses in-season lifting (teams) and off-season lifting.
Hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
6:30 a.m. - 7:15 a.m.
3:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Team schedule
The team schedule is located on the Calendar.
The weight room is not open:
- during scheduled breaks and "non-student" school days
- if school is cancelled due to weather
- the morning of a late-start, or afternoon of an early-out
